Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of estates assets, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and peak periods.
