Your responsibilities will include receipt, issue, and supply of goods and tools, as well as seeking quotations and purchasing to meet the needs of hospital-wide Estates and Highlands Estates Maintained areas.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and team working skills, as well as strong organizational and prioritizing abilities. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with computerized stock control and purchasing systems (PCS Systems, Pecos, Maximo & SYPOL) are highly desirable. A driving license is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the control and maintenance of the Estates Department store
  • Receipt, issue, and supply of goods and tools

  • Ensure compliance with NHS Scotland policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • SVQ3 Level in warehouse and store distribution
  • At least 5 years of experience in a store environment
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with computerized stock control and purchasing systems (PCS Systems, Pecos, Maximo & SYPOL)
  • Driving license
