Job Title: Breakfast and After School Club Playworker

Location: Fairfields Primary, Hampshire

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Hours: 20.8 hours per week during term time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Contract: Term Time only or Fixed 52 week Permanent contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for children in our care, from picking them up from school to safely delivering them back to their parents or caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, and more.
  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
  • Provide refreshments for the children while maintaining our high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools.
