About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Fairfields Primary School. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children aged [insert age range] during breakfast and after school clubs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing structured activities that promote maximum participation and engagement
- Ensuring the health and safety of children at all times
- Providing refreshments and maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
- Collaborating with the team to plan and execute activities
- Communicating effectively with parents, children, and schools
