We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective HR advisory and operational services across the business. This will involve partnering with line managers and senior leadership to address various topics, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an HR Manager within a fast-paced and professional setting. They should possess strong administrative and HR system experience, with a focus on HRIS systems, preferably Workday. A level 7 CIPD qualification and degree-level education are also essential requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing operational HR support to the business
  • Establishing and maintaining influential relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring high levels of employee engagement by promoting our unique culture
  • Providing HR advice and support to managers on employment-related matters
  • Managing and enhancing HR processes, including performance reviews, recruitment, and HRIS management
  • Identifying areas for improvement and driving recommendations and changes

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. We offer hybrid working arrangements, with three days per week spent in our office.
