Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving and actioning instructions from Advisers following client meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  2. Interpreting and analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  3. Carrying out in-depth research and providing well-reasoned recommendations to support business objectives.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a competitive pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
