- Interpret and analyze data obtained by Advisers, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Carry out in-depth research and provide well-reasoned recommendations to support business objectives.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £42,500 - £57,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a competitive pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
