We are seeking a talented learning development associate to join our team at a forward-thinking primary school in Tower Hamlets.
Role Description:This is a fantastic opportunity for a psychology graduate to work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the growth and development of our students.
The role involves working closely with the class teacher and other support staff to prepare lesson materials and provide individualized support to students.
The estimated salary for this role is £20,800 - £25,600 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom or during intervention sessions.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to prepare engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Use a calm and composed approach to manage challenging situations and maintain a safe learning environment.
- A degree in psychology from a top 20 UK university.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
