Learning Support and Behaviour Coach

We are currently seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at our SEND School in Tower Hamlets. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with challenging behaviours.
Job Description:
The Behaviour Mentor will provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs, developing behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of behaviour management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviours
- Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans
- Monitor and record student behaviour and progress
- Collaborate with external agencies for additional support

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
