Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fitter Mechanic to join our team at a 1200-acre family farm in scenic South Oxfordshire. The farm spans three sites in a small village, offering a unique opportunity to experience rural life at its best.

As a Fitter Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining machinery, as well as providing technical support to the farm's operations. You will also have the opportunity to drive tractors and assist with day-to-day farm work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in machinery maintenance is essential.
  • Agricultural engineering qualifications are desirable.
  • Welding experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate arable machinery is required.
  • Full clean UK driving license is necessary.
