About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Ireland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all of Ireland.
  • Negotiate sales on behalf of the company.
  • Meet sales targets and monthly KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a technical construction/engineering role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work well as a team and independently.
  • A full UK driving license.

What We Offer:

£50,000 + bonus + car, Monday to Friday – 40-hour contract (flexible hours), covering Ireland.
