Procurement and Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Director to prepare and analyse project costings, negotiate contracts and work schedules, and identify and mitigate commercial risks. They will also provide advice on contractual claims and disputes, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in quantity surveying, preferably with experience working on large-scale projects. A good understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave, company pension, professional membership assistance, and corporate gym membership.
