You will be responsible for speaking with business customers, processing new orders, investigating queries, and liaising with internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Speaking with business customers and processing new orders
- Accurately entering new orders onto the system according to deadlines
- Investigating and resolving any queries relating to either delivery or invoice issues
- Liaising with various internal departments including finance, warehouse, sales etc.
**Benefits Package:**
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Holiday entitlement: Generous holiday package
