We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Building Materials Industry team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role:

In this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals who sell our steel products division into the construction industry and builders merchants across all of Ireland.

You will work closely with our internal sales support team to develop and maintain new and existing client relationships, negotiate sales on-the-road, and meet sales targets and monthly KPIs.

If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, a passion for construction and engineering, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a technical construction/engineering role
  • A full UK driving license
