Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Drive technical innovation and lead technical teams to deliver marketing technology projects.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to solve complex technical challenges.
Technical Strategy and Development:
  • Develop scalable marketing technology solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align technical strategy with product roadmaps.
Project Execution:
  • Lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Deep technical knowledge of UA algorithms and audience targeting.
  3. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
  6. Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of marketing technology.
