Child Care Educator

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join our dedicated team of experts in child development at East Coast College. As a key member of our curriculum team, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment materials that cater to the needs of our students.
Located in Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, our college offers a wide range of subjects and technical training programs for school leavers and adults. We take pride in having a unique team of staff who are passionate about their work and committed to providing the best possible experience for our students.
Your responsibilities as a Childcare Lecturer will include creating engaging lesson plans, developing educational resources, and assessing student progress. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our programs are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
We offer a competitive salary, £30,000 - £45,000 FTE, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include 60 days holiday (FTE), a generous pension scheme, excellent CPD opportunities, and access to a gym, salon, and restaurant at discounted rates.
