Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective relationships with children, young people, and families while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Deliver high-quality assessments and implement child-centered and multi-agency interventions to bring about positive change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share social work knowledge, theory, and practice.
  • Strengthen relationships between residents and their families by completing outreach tasks when possible.
  • Meet 'Safe care' standards and maximize opportunities for development.
  • Ensure young people's views and wishes are sought and acted upon, and undertake a keyworker role when required.
Requirements:
  • Social Work degree or equivalent.
  • Social Work England Registration.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
