**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Graduate SEND Support Worker to join our team in Southwark. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a one-to-one basis or as part of a small group.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEND.
  2. Monitor and record progress of children to report to the school's SEN team and meet targets.

**Requirements**

  • Compassion and patience when working with children with SEND.
  • Availability to start January 2025 or ASAP.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. All applicants must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
