Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Australasian Recruitment Company. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively engage with candidates via various channels to screen, process, and qualify candidates for open and prospective roles.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Ensure timely posting of job adverts on relevant job boards and websites to market open vacancies to a wide audience.
  • Communication and Feedback: Provide timely communications, updates, and feedback to candidates and external recruitment agencies via email, phone, and/or video call.
  • Candidate Data Management: Collate relevant candidate data to draft employment offers using DocuSign and work with the broader HR and L&D team to support pre-boarding and induction of new joiners.
  • Onboarding and Pre-Employment Checks: Manage the onboarding process for all new starters, ensuring alignment with HR and IT Teams, and manage communication with line managers. Ensure all mandatory pre-employment background screening checks are completed in a timely manner for all new joiners.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Create recruitment MI/reporting and track key hiring metrics such as D&I, cost per hire, average time per hire, agency spend, direct hiring, and open vacancies; monitor any anomalies or breaks in data on Excel.
  • Agency Management: Support the production of purchase orders on NetSuite for agency placement and recruitment supplier expenditure.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Essentials:

  • 12 months of administration experience
  • Experience providing customer or client service
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
