Key Responsibilities
? Strategy Development - Collaborate with the Marketing Director to co-create and deliver a channel growth plan that aligns with the company's objectives.
? Channel Optimization - Analyze and develop the channel mix to meet short and long-term goals and key performance indicators.
? Reporting and Monitoring - Track and analyze channel performance and core metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
? CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) - Optimize user experience and conduct continuous testing to increase conversions and improve overall website performance.
? User Journeys - Work with the Communications Executive to segment the customer base and implement automation strategies to enhance customer retention.
? SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - Develop and implement organic optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
? Paid Digital - Manage or work with agencies on paid Google and Meta campaigns to achieve targeted marketing goals.
? Affiliates - Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies across multiple networks to drive revenue growth.
