Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships for Booker, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand visibility.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to grow market share and maximise profitability across your portfolio.
  • Analysing account performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Conducting regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within the drinks or general FMCG sector.

Salary:

£45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
