About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and support the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis or a related field
