We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturday shifts. You will work in an outpatient dialysis center, providing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a nurse who shares our passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient observations.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings is preferred.
