**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Managing and responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing critical support during times of crisis, helping clients navigate difficult moments
  • Empowering clients to live as independently as possible, building their confidence and skills
  • Ensuring that clients receive their medication safely and on time
  • Addressing complex clinical needs with expertise and compassion

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Prior experience working with clients who have mental health challenges (preferred, but not essential as full training is provided)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
