Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Claims Specialist to join our team in Wakefield. As a Vehicle Assessment and Repair Professional, you will be responsible for producing initial and updated estimates for vehicle repairs, ensuring that the work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely completion of repairs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Full driving license
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
