The Role:

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of families' needs and develop effective intervention plans.* Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.* Provide guidance and support to families to enhance their ability to meet their own needs.* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:
* A recognized qualification in social work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or BA/BSc in Social Work).* Post-qualifying experience as a social worker, preferably within a statutory setting.* Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on promoting positive change.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
