Job Summary

The Children's Investment Fund Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Access Specialist to join its SRHR Product Choices team. This role will lead the development and implementation of market shaping and innovative financing strategies to improve access to sexual and reproductive health commodities across low- and middle-income countries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development of deal pipelines by sourcing opportunities, structuring partnerships with suppliers, and analyzing deal impact.
  • Develop written materials, financial models, and KPI dashboards to support negotiation, program implementation, and monitoring of CIFF investments.
  • Engage with senior external stakeholders across manufacturing companies for negotiations on key access terms and partners for project deliverables.
  • Lead the monitoring of milestones and key deliverables against investment/grant objectives with senior external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting or financial services with a focus on the life sciences sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial and statistical modeling, COGs analysis, forecasting, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Working Relationships

  • CIFF SRHR Programme Managers, Directors, and Executive Director.
  • CIFF Board members.
  • Other CIFF teams, particularly EME and functional teams (e.g., legal, HR, finance).
  • Commercial Partners: Pharmaceutical and medical device companies, product development agencies, multi-national wholesalers/distributors.
  • Research and academic institutions active within sector specialism.
