Job Title: Product Access Specialist

CIFF's SRHR Product Choices team is seeking a highly skilled Product Access Specialist to lead the development and implementation of innovative market access strategies for sexual and reproductive health (SRH) commodities in low- and middle-income countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market access strategies to drive down prices, expand manufacturing capabilities, and increase product choices for SRH commodities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess market opportunities, develop business cases, and negotiate partnerships with suppliers.
  • Lead the analysis of market dynamics, assess financial instruments, and develop health economic models to evaluate the impact and cost-effectiveness of product strategies.
  • Support the development of go-to-market plans for low- and middle-income countries and collaborate with manufacturers to develop product strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes and KPIs to identify and address deal risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategy consulting or financial services with a focus on the life sciences sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop business cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of market access strategies, health economics, and financial instruments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
