Job Title: National Engineering Manager

2Agriculture Ltd is seeking an experienced National Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team of Engineering Managers across 6 locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the maintenance strategy for the company, including capital expenditure, engineering projects, and resource planning.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes, procedures, and standards across site, led by example, and take a proactive approach to implementing change while maintaining high standards of safety and quality output.
  • Be in strict control over the engineering budget, spend, ordering of products, capex projects, and resource planning to meet strict deadlines.
  • Support the delivery of capital and strategic projects.
  • Manage contractors and third-party suppliers while encouraging a safety-first and compliant environment across site and with third parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven and extensive experience in a similar process manufacturing, preferably animal feed or similar industry.
  • Experience of managing a multi-site team and ability to travel.
  • Extensive engineering management experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Analytical skills to embed and evaluate data and performance/operation metrics.
  • Leadership/management training.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Days of work will predominantly be Monday to Friday, however, there may be a requirement to flex to an alternative working pattern during peak periods.
