Site Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Officer to join our team at Acis Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our student accommodation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure compliance with building regulations and legislation.
- Analyse data to inform recommendations and decision-making on investment and future works.
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate quotes, complete work, and audit paperwork.
- Use our finance system to ensure timely payment of orders and completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of buildings and grounds to identify and address any issues.
- Work closely with the site team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our students.
- Communicate effectively with our people and support the wider team to implement opportunities for feedback and improvement.
- Review and implement changes to systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be the eyes and ears of the business on site, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Support the Site Services Manager in coordinating and delivering our summer works program.
- Knowledge and experience of health and safety, building safety, and safety rules.
- Safe working systems and practices.
- Good working knowledge of DIY and maintenance skills.
- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- IT proficiency and ability to use IT platforms and systems.
- Ability to coordinate and monitor contractors.
