Site Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Services Officer to join our team at Acis Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our student accommodation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and systems to ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety policies.
- Analyse data to inform recommendations for investment and future works.
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and payment of invoices.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of buildings and grounds.
- Liaise with the site team to ensure the site is well-maintained, tidy, and secure.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to implement feedback and suggestions.
- Review and improve systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and report hazards, repairs, and wellbeing concerns.
- Support the Site Services Manager in coordinating summer works and site preparations.
- Knowledge and experience of health and safety, building safety, and safety rules.
- Safe working systems and practices.
- Basic knowledge of DIY, maintenance, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and joinery.
- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- IT proficiency and ability to use IT platforms and systems.
- Ability to coordinate and monitor contractors.
