Sales and Revenue Director

Pub & Dining - Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Director to join our team. As a key player in driving hotel revenue and supporting our General Managers, you will play a vital role in achieving our business objectives.
This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for managing overall hotel strategy, leading the sales team, and ensuring maximum hotel revenues are reached and opportunities for growth are identified.
You will need to have a proven track record of success in sales and revenue management, with experience of working within hotels or similar environments. Project management skills, good customer service skills, and good IT skills are also essential.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
