About the Role

We are seeking a talented Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. This is a key role that will drive business growth and customer satisfaction by executing focused category growth plans.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing tailored customer category plans, supporting customer growth strategy, and becoming an essential partner to our customer contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer growth strategy and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the alignment of category and customer strategy, working closely with category and innovation teams.
  • Build relationships with key customers and provide actionable recommendations based on market data and category insights.
  • Work with the eCommerce team to deliver best practice and provide channel expertise.
  • Manage category management using customer data sources, ranging, pricing, promotion, channel activation, and merchandising.
  • Develop an innovation pipeline for the customer, using both central pipeline and customer-driven approaches.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and experience working with UK grocery retailers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and storytelling ability.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to think creatively about business opportunities and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skillset and high levels of comfort working with a wide range of data sources.
