Rural Valuation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a talented rural surveyor to lead and grow our rural valuation provision in the North West as part of a dynamic team at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
As a key member of our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team, you will be responsible for undertaking formal RICS Red Book Valuations of farms, estates, land, and residential properties for a variety of valuation purposes throughout the region. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in building relationships with existing and new clients and collaborating with colleagues to increase the team's market share.
Responsibilities
• Acting as principal valuer for the Chester office, undertaking a range of valuations for secured lending, tax, and other purposes across a variety of predominantly rural properties, farms, and estates.
• Leading and mentoring junior members of the team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
• MRICS and CAAV qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
