Key Responsibilities

  1. Acting as principal agent for key estate management clients
  2. Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
  3. Handling diversification projects
  4. Assisting clients with strategic land promotion
  5. Securing lending and other professional valuations
  6. Leading a high-performing team
  7. Maintaining a strong client base

Requirements

  1. MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience in delivering work across various projects
  2. Team leadership potential, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  3. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize workloads
  4. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  5. Confident manner with clients and team members, with a thorough understanding of confidentiality issues

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  2. RICS qualified
  3. Full, valid driving license
  4. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Strong professional experience in rural estates, property, and agriculture
  6. Line management experience
