We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NEC contracts and previous experience in civils and groundworks projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee civil and groundworks projects of up to £6 million in value
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for civils and groundworks projects
  • Manage project finances, including procurement, contracts, and valuations
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage variations and valuations of projects
  • Produce CVRs
  • Manage final accounts
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in NEC contracts
  • Previous civils and groundworks experience
  • UK-based contractor experience
