Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and training records.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a recruitment agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
