About the Role

Cheshire East Council's Community Reablement Services team requires a skilled Supervisory Senior Support Worker to join their ranks. This full-time, 30 hour per week position involves managing a fast-paced duty team, supporting individuals receiving a service, and supervising frontline reablement workers.

Key responsibilities include case managing individuals, conducting evidenced-based assessments, and delivering high-quality services. You must possess excellent organisational and time management skills, be enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable, and have a strong focus on achieving the best outcomes for people.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,559 pro rata, increasing to £33,366 pro rata over five years, plus a range of benefits, including enhanced annual leave, public pension, and employee assistance programmes.
