Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at Fedcap Group. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality support to individuals participating in our Restart Scheme.
About the Role
As an Employment Adviser, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering Personalized Support
Ensuring that your personal performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (including quality and compliance levels) are met.
- Addressing Personal Constraints
Addressing participants' personal constraints to employment and supporting them through a structured pathway of activities.
- Identifying Wellbeing and Training Solutions
Identifying, structuring, and recommending wellbeing and training solutions, working in close consultation with your team to meet the specific needs of participants and employers.
- Developing Relationships and Networks
Developing relationships and networks with key stakeholders including employers, Job Centre teams and funding providers.
- Maintaining Customer Records
You'll have high levels of attention to detail and accuracy to maintain customer records – experience of working with Microsoft 365 is a requirement, and CRM solutions will be an advantage.
- Building Rapport and Empowering Individuals
Proven ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with complex needs which may include substance misuse and/or mental health related challenges.
- Coaching and Motivating Participants
You'll be confident in coaching, motivating, and questioning your participants to get a thorough understanding of their needs, while being an excellent listener.
- Emotional Intelligence and CV Writing
You'll have a high level of emotional intelligence.
You'll be skilled at CV writing, being able to highlight your participants' key experiences and strengths.
