Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our client's main dealership in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis Service Advisor position involves interacting with customers to book their vehicles into the workshop, providing high levels of customer service, and advising on cost, time scale, and what will happen. The role requires someone who can handle high volumes while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirements- Previous motor trade experience is essential, and we may consider individuals from independent garages who can demonstrate the necessary knowledge, confidence, and driven manner.
- A steady work history is required, with at least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade or car dealership as a Service Advisor.
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with a dealership system is beneficial.
- We are looking for a confident, friendly, and professional individual with a strong customer service background.
Our client offers a competitive starting salary, company pension scheme, and a fantastic benefits package. This is a full-time, permanent position with a regular working schedule, Monday to Friday, 7.45am - 6pm, with an hour's lunch break.
