About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide expert mortgage advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their property goals.
Key Responsibilities- Work with our Estate Agency colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.
- Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
- Work with and provide feedback to the residential team in respect of progress to leads provided.
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Banking or Financial background preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
- Positive and resilient attitude.
- Naturally driven to reach and exceed your goals.
- Organised, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Numerate and detail conscious.
