Mental Health Professional

WhereToTalk is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join their team as a Wellbeing Counsellor. This part-time role, based in North Yorkshire, offers a rewarding opportunity to provide confidential psychological support and counselling to individuals within the organisation.
As a key member of the Health and Wellbeing Department, you will contribute to the development, promotion, and review of initiatives for managing health at work. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering proactive programmes, collaborating with colleagues and managers, and exploring options to enhance employee wellbeing.
The successful candidate will possess a qualification in either counselling or psychotherapy, with experience of providing psychological support in an organisational setting being an advantage. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to cope with the pressures of providing psychological counselling support across all organisations.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday entitlement, staff support networks, and access to onsite health and wellbeing services, you will also receive discounts at major retailers and membership of Unison.
