Personal Care Assistant

Our experienced team will provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this rewarding career. You will be expected to provide companionship, assistance with daily living tasks, and support with personal care to our clients, all while promoting their independence and dignity.
Salary: £11.75-£28.30 per hour (based on location and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-focused care and support to clients in their own homes
- Providing companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness and isolation
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal care
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and reliability
- Basic knowledge of care and support principles
