About the Job

As a Senior Care Lead at Care UK, you will play a crucial role in leading our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that the personal care of our residents is maintained on a daily basis, according to individual needs and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the care team during any allotted span of duty, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • To promote independence and choice among residents, while encouraging active participation in daily activities.
  • To act as the Company's representative on site, promoting the Company's image and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations.
  • To ensure the safe administration and recording of medication prescribed by medical practitioners.
Requirements
