Care UK, a multi-award winning care provider, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise your shift to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Case manage residents and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to create personalized care plans.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve care services.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desired).
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills, with experience in allocating and delegating work effectively.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes.
  • Ability to administer medication and willingness to undertake training.
