Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support with daily activities, as well as helping residents to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Help residents to maintain their independence by supporting them with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility.
- Assist residents with mealtimes, including serving meals and ensuring they have access to fluids and nutrition.
- Support residents to identify and achieve their goals and aspirations, through personalized care plans.
- A competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
