About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Carer to join our care team at Care UK. As a Lead Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and ensuring that residents receive exceptional care.
About You:
- You will have experience in a care setting and be able to lead a team effectively
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
- You will be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- You will have a strong knowledge of care regulations and policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of carers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement effective care plans for residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
