About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to support service users requiring assistance from the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

This role is part of the Winchester Adult CMHT, which is looking for a dedicated and talented professional to join the team. Previous experience at a band 5 will be essential.

The successful candidate will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a suitable vehicle for work.

Main Responsibilities

To be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the assessment and care planning for our service users.

Support the transformation of the team to deliver local evidence-based care.
