About the Job:
We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Support Work Leader to join our team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to our service users.

As an Adult Support Work Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Adult Support Workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Developing and implementing effective training plans for staff

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults or equivalent qualification
  • Experience of working in a similar setting, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train individuals and groups
