About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team in Scunthorpe. As an Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to adults with autism, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
The Role: You will work closely with our service users, supporting them in daily life activities, developing positive relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with adults with autism or similar conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £27, per annum, full-time employment with a 7 day rota, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
